Awhile ago I set up a profile on Patreon, a site for people raising money to support their efforts, whether artistic, scientific, or anything else.
I hesitated about publicizing it, mainly because I don’t want it to seem like asking for a handout.
But I’m doing so now, because I believe that this website is worth your support. All the material you see here was researched and written by me, it’s all freely available to anyone who wants it, and it goes a great deal beyond what I’ve put in my books. (Although my books contain material not found on this site as well.) Many people have told me how much my ideas and books have helped them.
Much of what you read here you won’t find elsewhere. Sure, there are other low-carb advocates, others who advocate weight training, and even a few who write about anti-aging, but I believe I’ve managed to synthesize these and other aspects of health into something different and, hopefully, true and beneficial.
My formal education is in microbiology, biochemistry, and pharmacology, for whatever that’s worth.
In case it isn’t obvious, I’m attempting to turn this site and my books into a full-time gig. So, if you feel that what you read here is worth a small donation, please head over to Patreon. You can pledge as little as one dollar a month.
