Exercise vs inactivity

These are MRIs, which speak for themselves. Link. Personally, I’m not planning on ever being sedentary, especially after seeing these.

The initial striking thing is the muscle mass.

The second thing is the bone density. Check out the difference in bone diameter.

    Weightlifting, mainly, plus some HIIT.
