Sometimes you see these guys, 20 or 30 years old, and things are different when you get older.
After 50, things start to really change in a noticeable way.
It’s nice to see that you can maintain, and actually improve your body’s fitness by taking some simple measures.
As I get older, I didn’t want to start getting soft too quick.
I’ve stabilized things, and probable moved the needle in a direction that has added refinement to my shape.
My wife says I have a better V-Shape now.
1-in-1 coaching with PD is absolutely worth it. It’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made.
My energy and mood have definitely improved. It was always a struggle getting out of bed (before partnering with PD.). Now waking up in the morning I feel way more refreshed. My energy isn’t artificial or propped up by caffeine now.
I feel more comfortable in my own skin. Not just my appearance, but my body just works better. I can see clear improvement in my body and have a clear path (to keep making progress).
I’ve always tried to workout but got easily discouraged. Never quite knew what to do and what to stick to. I wanted to have something not too terribly complicated, and have accountability.
All my health markers have improved, too.
PD is no-nonsense kind of guy. There’s a tendency to over complicate things these days, and PD is is a breath of fresh air. He makes things simple and easy, so you have no excuse not to make progress.
The treadmill test came out great. [The doctor] said he had no concerns. His specific words were "Whatever you're doing, keep doing it." :-)
I also just got back my coronary calcium score results, and they are showing as totally normal. So no worries there.
So great news all around. :-) I will go back and keep checking once per year, but it's great news and set my mind at ease.
Many thanks again! As I mentioned before, I'm pretty happy at the new diet and exercise habits I have these days. I definitely feel more healthy than I did in my 20's and 30's.
